Nothing says more about a restaurant than sparkling clean, spot-free cutlery. And nothing gets the job done easier and faster than Bar Maid’s CP-7000 High Output Commercial Cutlery Polisher and CP-3000 Compact Commercial Cutlery Polisher.

Bar Maid Cutlery Polishers… simple and easy operation.

Simply insert 8-10 pieces of cutlery, handles toward the front of the machine, in the top chute every 5 to 10 seconds.

Cutlery vibrates through hot organic granulate (150-170˚F) drying and polishing cutlery, then exposed to UV-C light. Polished, dry, cutlery exits from the side chute into a clean bus pan or rack, ready to impress your customers.

*Calculated at a labor cost of $10 per hour. 4 seconds per piece for hand polishing vs. polishing 2000 pieces per hour with CP-3000 and 6000 pieces per hour with CP-7000. Does not include cost of polishing cloths and laundering associated with hand polishing.
